As a psychotherapist with years of experience as a Social Worker, I create safe, compassionate spaces where you feel heard and valued.
Using approaches like CBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed therapy, we’ll explore challenges like stress or fear, uncover root causes, and develop strategies for growth. Together, we’ll work toward peace, trust, and stability in your life.

I work with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and emotions that feel like too much to carry, including postpartum and perinatal challenges, birth trauma, grief, relationship struggles, identity concerns, dissociation, emotional shutdown, and both developmental and intergenerational trauma. I offer support especially for parents and women, using trauma informed and attachment based therapy along with CBT, DBT, mindfulness based approaches, and Narrative Therapy.

Supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, and life transitions, as well as relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and stress. My work also supports youth mental health, family dynamics, and those coping with chronic illness or major life changes. I offer a trauma-informed and integrative approach, incorporating somatic therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and body-based practices to support nervous system regulation, resilience, and lasting healing.

I support women navigating complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm, including childhood and relational trauma, domestic and family violence, relationship challenges, shame, and self-worth.
My approach is trauma-informed and attachment-based, integrating EMDR, Ego State Therapy, and somatic and polyvagal-informed practices, alongside ACT, IFS, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based approaches.

"My experience with Jodie was wonderful. She is incredibly knowledgeable and a well rounded practitioner. She was able to support me through my healing journey and I wouldn’t be where I am today if it weren’t for her. I went from waking up feeling sick and not knowing why I was gaining weight, feeling like I couldn’t eat anything without it upsetting my stomach and not understanding my emotional state to feeling alive again! She brought me clarity, she brought me health and understanding of my own body, she brought me my joy back. She’s empathetic, professional, caring and honest. I would highly recommend Jodie to any woman looking for support through their own journey of healing."
