Jodie Ellenor

Founder & Clinical Director

I have been working in the anxiety field for years and have helped 100's of women heal their anxiety naturally so they can embrace life with calm confidence.

My mind-body approach to helping anxiety was developed after my own struggle with years of palpitations, racing thoughts and an inability to calm my body down.  I combine my training as a therapist, yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator and functional medicine practitioner to offer a truly holistic experience.

Jessica Brown

Trauma & Anxiety Therapist

I’m a psychotherapist and former Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals create more fulfilling, joyful lives. My approach is compassionate, reflective, and deeply authentic. I believe that everyone has the potential for growth and healing, no matter where they are on their journey.

In our sessions, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore thoughts and emotions. Using modalities like CBT, ACT, IFS, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, I help uncover the root of struggles and develop meaningful, practical strategies for change. My goal is to support clients in facing life’s challenges head-on, deepening their connection with themselves, and cultivating peace and stability.

Helen Khaleghi

Trauma & Anxiety Therapist

I am a trauma therapist with over 10 years of international clinical experience, dedicated to helping clients heal through a compassionate and integrative approach. I hold two master’s degrees in counselling psychology and a bachelor’s in clinical psychology.

My training includes Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, EMDR, Somatic Attachment Experiences, Schema Therapy, Reality Therapy, Narrative Therapy, CBT, and DBT. I tailor therapy to each individual, creating a safe space for deep healing and transformation.

My Story

My anxiety wasn't always in the forefront of my life. In fact, I enjoyed a childhood free of fears, won awards in public speaking and travelled to 32 countries by the time I was 32.

And then, almost like a switch was flipped, something changed. I started feeling panic rise up in my system for seemly no reason. I had heart palpitations constantly, developed OCD thoughts for the most ridiculous things (like how clean my kitchen counter was, and I was NOT a clean freak), could no longer exercise without panic at night (I used to run 1/2 marathons), had severe gut issues, difficulty sleeping through the night and struggles with memory and focus. Put in a nutshell - I was a hot mess.

My journey to healing led me to many practitioners and I had a lot of dead ends. The therapy techniques I was offering others, didn't seem to work on myself, the diets that the naturopaths put me on only made me feel worse, and the GI specialists didn't find anything wrong with me. 5 naturopaths, 4 functional medicine doctors, and infectious disease doctor and 2 GI specialists later, I finally had answers.

And in finding my root causes, I trained in holistic healing, so that I could offer my clients more then just therapy (which I do still offer), but ALSO have an ability to help them also uncover and heal the biological root causes of their anxiety as well.
