
Sonia is a mental health therapist with over five years of experience supporting adults, women, and parents affected by trauma. She brings both clinical training and lived experience as a mother and trauma survivor, which shapes her grounded and attuned approach.
She works with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, overwhelming emotions, perinatal and postpartum challenges, birth trauma, relationship strain, grief, identity concerns, and dissociation.
Her work is trauma informed and attachment based. She integrates Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness based approaches, Narrative Therapy, and Expressive Arts. She also has specialized training in perinatal mental health.
